Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of GharLeads by brokers and administrators. By signing in you agree to them.

Accounts

Accounts are created by GharLeads administrators. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

Credits

• One credit is used for each successfully delivered lead. Failed requests do not use a credit.
• Your price per credit is set by your administrator and applies at the time of purchase.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access data you are not entitled to, automate requests beyond normal use, resell lead data, or use it for harassment or unsolicited marketing.

Service availability

Lead availability depends on third-party providers. We do not guarantee that details exist for every listing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits in dispute.
