• Broker and admin accounts: name, username, phone, email, business name, city, and sign-in records (time, IP address, device).
• Wallet and payments: credit purchases, amounts, and payment references. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner and never stored by us.
• Lead data: property links you submit and owner contact details returned by authorized data providers.

How lead data is sourced

Owner details come only from data providers that have represented to us that they hold a lawful basis to share them. We do not scrape websites or bypass access controls.

Why we use data

To operate your account, process leads and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, keep audit records, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Account, ledger and payment records are retained for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Sign-in records are kept for security review.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, and raise a grievance, by contacting our Grievance Officer at support@gharleads.in.

Brokers' responsibilities

Owner contact details must be used only to discuss the listed property, in line with applicable law, including telemarketing and do-not-disturb rules. Do not resell or publish lead data.
